To enable you to enjoy the romantic mountain landscape of the Tyrol and the scenic village of Alpbach with its famous flower decorated balconies we will now give you some information about Alpbach and the surrounding area. We are always here to give you useful advice and help for your undertakings.

Many restaurants and inns in Alpbach and Inneralpbach are suitable for the disabled
Shopping:
There are shopping facilities in the supermarkets in Alpbach and the nearby village of Reith.
The Doctor´s surgery and pharmacy and the public WC in the Town Hall are all accessible “barrier-free”.
Excursions and hiking destinations:
You can have a little ride into the “Luegergraben” and “Greitergraben” valleys on slightly ascending tarmacked roads. The “Obere Zeilen Weg“ ( upper road ) with several inns and magnificent views is also suitable for wheel chair users.
The Alpbacher lifts (cable cars) will take you to the Wiedersbergerhorn or to the Reitherkogel to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views and the magic of the mountains.
